The Runner is running from something within. The only way forward is to understand the origin of the Fear; what it means, what it suggests, its texture. Only then can The Runner outwit Fear's grasp. The Runner must, one day, stop running. At that moment, the real music begins.
R.N.T.S. begins our journey with a masterpiece of warehouse grit, "Question." An anthem interweaving sociological, political leanings with layers of distorted percussion, "Question" marks the first track of its kind on Webuildmachines. "Revenge" and "Replicant" find their footing on dancefloors ready to sweat, with fine-tuned analog synth work and hypnotic, driven rhythms. No evening would be complete without a melancholic, emotive sense of loss as the ritual dies down. "Solution" is the perfect soundtrack for that moment when The Runner stops running.
